Helene Bubrowski and Simon Straußen discuss the big questions of the present with guests such as Kevin Kühnert and Ricarda Lang You can follow it all via livestream, recording or as a podcast.

LAV plays a comprehensive role in the monthly editions of the format. The technical challenge is to create a talk show atmosphere that is cozy enough to make the on-site audience feel comfortable, while the lighting remains camera-ready. Guests can ask questions on site. The online community can participate via a voting tool on air. In addition, LAV Veranstaltungstechnik records video and sound from all editions and makes both available for podcast post-processing.

When: 15.-18.06.2022
Where: Titanic Hotel, Chausseestraße
Our service: Audio, Light & Video
Specials: General service provider of the exhibitor & trade show area
Project management: Tilo Ehrlich

The ECDP is an international physicians’ congress with dozens of expert presentations, panel discussions and Q&A sessions by over 50 speakers. For LAV, this meant a complex event setup, which was successfully implemented by LAV as a technical service provider. From stage construction to large-screen projection and from media reception to media technology support for the trade fair exhibitors, LAV covered a wide range of services.

A special undertaking was to divide the large ballroom into two medium-sized conference rooms between the opening and closing speeches within an hour, and to provide WLAN for the entire event.

La Cage aux Folles

Customer: Hoftheater Bad Freienwalde
When: 05.07.-28.08.2022
Where: Hoftheater Bad Freienwalde
Our Services: LED-wall
Project Manager: Martin Lipowski

6 dancers on the stage of Hoftheater Freienwalde during La Cage aux Folles musical. The LED wall is provided by LAV Veranstaltungstechnik.

For the Hoftheater Bad Freienwalde, the LAV team equipped a musical called La Cage aux Folles. The flexible stage design was made possible with a large, modular LED wall. 172 LEDitgo sB2HB modules with 2.5mm pixelpitch were used. The LED wall was divided into a back wall, gate and 2 aisle elements. The special difficulty was to integrate the wall exactly into the theater portal and to create several levels, so that lateral scenic staircases for the actors could be realized.

YOYI!

In a variety of ways, LAV Veranstaltungstechnik provided technical support for the YOYI! exhibition at the Gropius Bau. Among other sub-projects, the official press conference and opening event were equipped, and a breathtaking performance of two dancers was captured with Aramis lights. There, the LAV team used hazers to make artificial and natural light rays visible and enabled the two protagonists to interact with them. The whole thing was sounded by LAV’s in-house Syva system by L-Acoustics. LAV also equipped performances by Bitsy Knox and Ross Alexander. For this production, it was particularly difficult to test the artistic ideas and concepts for feasibility and then to technically implement them in reality.
